The San Jose Convention Center is a two-story, 570,000 square foot project consisting of a 440,000 square foot renovation and 130,000 square feet of expansion.
The San Jose Convention Center is a Design/Build project including Electrical, Fire Alarm, Security and A/V and Data Systems. This project presents the many challenges related to working in an operating convention center; including scheduling manpower and deliveries around events and limiting service interruptions.
This project requires extensive planning and coordination and when complete will be LEED Certified Silver.
