The Red Hawk Casino Parking Structure and Site Project consisted of an 8-story, pre-cast structure with spaces for over 3000 vehicles and a computer-based vehicle count system. Complete with networked electronic signage, twin site pumping stations for potable and recycled water systems including an extensive SCADA duct-bank and pull-box infrastructure, a sewer lift station, 3 million gallon and 500,000 gallon water storage tanks, 8000’ of primary and secondary electrical distribution. We also installed new AT&T phone/data service infrastructure, and a 1250kW emergency generator for the potable water pumps and on-site water treatment plant.
There was an aggressive 14-month schedule that ultimately included our involvement in post-opening extras for Casino exterior lighting controls, rooftop lighting,steakhouse cove lighting, custom artwork illumination, and emergency child care egress lighting.
We are currently contracted for all in-house maintenance and service work for the entire site.
