The Netflix Campus tenant improvement project consists of (1) 3-story building and (1) 4-story building totaling 240,000 square feet. The tenant improvement includes a theater, conference rooms, copy/mail rooms, open office areas, break rooms and 2-story atrium lobbies.
The server rooms of both buildings have a pre-action sprinkler system; the IDF and MDF along with the server rooms have 24-hour cooling systems and are all backed up by a UPS system. Card key readers and biometric readers monitor all security.
