The Moffett Place Office Project consists of (6) - 8 Story Class A Office Buildings,
(3) - Parking Structures and (1) - Amenities Building covering a total of 1.9 Million square feet.
For each of the Office buildings REG Life Safety Division provided a turnkey Design/Build Life Safety and Smoke Control System. Working closely with the City of Sunnyvale, the 3rd Party Inspectors and Key Subcontractors, REG Life Safety Division overcame a very challenging schedule. This included replacing the newly installed core building Life Safety System with another manufacturer to accommodate a new tenant’s requirements after the project was well underway. REG Life Safety Division provided a complete Life Safety System redesign and approval while continuing to maintain pace with the very aggressive schedule.
