The Kaiser Vacaville Medical Center is a 26-acre campus. This four-story, 340,000 square foot project consisted of a new Hospital, MOB, Central Utility Plant, and extensive site work. The medical office building is a four-story, 230,000 square foot building with four operating rooms, pharmacies, clinics, labs, and outpatient services. The Central Plant is 27,000 square feet with (2) 2-megawatt generators, 5,000 amp paralleling switchgear, and 12 KV site distribution.
