San Leandro, CA
The Kaiser San Leandro Hospital project consists of a 262-bed, six-story, OSHPD 1 Hospital, and a 30,000 square foot Central Utility Plant on a surrounding 35-acre site.
The Redwood Electric Group scope of work includes the design/assist for the OSHPD 1 Hospital, site infrastructure, lighting, and temporary power. The design is being modeled in 3D, using Navis Works collaboratively with MEP subcontractors.
The Central Utility plant consists of two levels and generates power from 3-1750 kW 12.47 KV Detroit Diesel Generators.
