Equinix SV-5 is a 21 MW colocation data center constructed to Tier 3 standards with approximately 120,000 square feet of colocation space. The utility power is supplied to the site at 21kV and standby power is supplied from seven (7) 3 MW diesel engine generators. Low PUE’s are achieved using extremely reliable and efficient electrical and cooling designs.
