The Packard Foundation Headquarters is a two-story LEED Platinum Executive Office Facility designed to be “Energy Net Zero.” Net Zero is achieved utilizing a 292kW Photovoltaic System in conjunction with High Efficiency HVAC systems, and state of the art Building management and power monitoring/controls systems.
This state-of-the-art project utilized 3D/BIM design to layout and coordinate all the building systems. Redwood Electric Group's scope of work included all power, lighting, photovoltaic, branch wiring, and extensive controls and monitoring systems for lighting, PV, interior shades, exterior blinds, and interface with BMS and SCADA systems.
Our project team also performed all the low voltage systems including voice/data, fire alarm, security, sound masking, and audio/video.
