The Cisco Campus 5.1 project consisted of five 2-story buildings - totaling over 400,000 square feet, situated on a 70 acre site. The buildings are steel framed, curtain wall and aluminum panel skinned buildings.
The tenant improvements included a raised floor system throughout the open office area for power and data distribution, numerous electronics labs, full service kitchen/dining area and service upgrades to 4000 amps for each building. Additional site work incuded water features, sports facilities and pedestrian walkways linking the five buildings. The project was comjpleted utilizing a 10-month construction schedule and BIM/3D modeling for construction.
