Brocade San Jose Campus

Project overview

The Brocade San Jose Office Site/Shell and Parking Structure is a Class A Corporate Office Complex consisting of:

• 14 acre Site
• (1) 4 story and (2) 7 story office buildings
• Total of 557,000 square feet
• 6 story parking structure with 1,841 stalls

The Brocade Building 1 interior buildout includes open office, conference rooms, Environmental Test Chamber Lab, Data Center and large computer room/rack lab spaces totalling over 125,000 square feet.

Buildings 2 and 3 consist of an interior buildout of (2) 7-story buildings, totalling 432,000 square feet.

BIM/3D modeling is being utilized to increase productivity in the design and construction for an industry leader in data center networking solutions. This project  is targeted for “LEED Silver” certification.
