This new 12-story tower, which is being built for Alta Bates Medical Center in Downtown Oakland, includes a ground level intergrated central plant, emergency and trauma rooms and 11 floors of patient rooms. This state-of-the-art facility was designed and fully coordinated utilizing 3D Modeling with Navisworks software for clash detection.
This process will allow REG to prefabricate assemblies in advance, saving the owner both time and money. Completion is scheduled for 2013.
